Osborn-Barr Recruitment

Osborn-Barr Paramore has been a champion of the rural spirit for many years. But recently, OBP has been expanding from the strictly rural to include all kinds of clients. The internship hop team was tasked with creating collateral for recruitment, including a booklet to hand out at career fairs and trade shows as well as some LinkedIn ads, all keeping in mind the growing identity of OBP. In order to reach younger talent, we created and utilized a character, Ossie, to personify the values and voice of OBP, a similar strategy that Abstrakt Marketing Group and Salesforce have also used. Through all collateral, we strove to show that Osborn-Barr is the place to be for young professionals in the advertising field.
