The objective of this project was to create a magazine based around a specific type of visual communication, with my chosen subject being illustration. The text of the articles was already extant, but all typesetting, photography, graphics, and illustration were generated by me. This project was an excellent exercise in creating variety in typesetting and in designing for a specific audience. My intended audience for this magazine were young professionals and college students studying illustration - people that are interested in pursuing illustration as a career but are fairly new to the professional scene.
